Will never stop there again. Worst experience ever. Stopped after soccer scrimmage..bees everywhere. Spent $4 for a vanilla cone. Very big for the price, but when son on his way to the car ice cream fell off went for a replacement the girl, who said she was a supervisor, said you would have to repay because when it left my hand it was perfect so not her problem. I said my son did nothing wrong except move from a bee..oh well not her problem . We live in Delaware and the ice cream establishments here if a child would lose their ice cream they replace it. Good customer service. Will never stop there again nor recommend. Bitter disappointment her comment was if I dont recharge you it's like stealing we are stealing and they lose money to replace it. 1st time visitor, last time visitor all in the same day. It’s a shame as a business you refuse to make something right with an order. The young kids working the window were all pleasant, which is hard to understand working for someone who claims to be the owner/manager and how disgruntled, hateful and attacking she was. Service was extremely slow, when good was provided it was cold. Business refused to make it right by making the food hot and/or replacing it with another item of the same price. Staff is always kind, friendly, and quick! I was so excited to find a consistent dairy free option near me. The almond milk vanilla ice cream is phenomenal and you can use it with the full menu of options!
