Earlier this week I replaced my water pump in my jeep. Unfortunately the water line going into my engine block wasn't clamped down properly. I was heading north on 23 for a weekend away from Columbus when my hose popped off my block. I was able to make it to the gas station to inspect the damage. That's when a lovely lady pulled up and offered me what ever tools she might have to see if I could fix it but unfortunately I was not. She then offered me to follow her down to her shop and see if could fix it there. After about 20 minutes Stone Automotive had me fixed up, topped off and back on the road. I brought my 2004 Ford focus in because of a rattling noise under the hood, there was a man named Bob that ran some kind of scanner on my car and looked around the engine and said I need an alternator and a new belt and that the job will be done that night and that I can pick the car up outside after hours so I paid him upfront $800, and when I came and got my car that night It still had a rattling noise and I got maybe 1 mile down the road and everything lost power so I called a tow truck and the driver said it was a belt and what caused it was a bad alternator pulley, fast forward to now I am trying to get my money back but I cannot get a hold of him and he denies ever...
