The tattoo artists are great, the piercer is not. I’d go elsewhere for a piercing because she completely misplaced mine and I had to get it re-pierced. She then told me to “make sure you like it because it’s the last time I’m doing it.” Ive never had this type of piercing before so I’d expect a professional to use their best judgment and KNOW where the placement should be, ya know? Anyway. I’d recommend tattoos here, not piercings.
Update because my piercing never healed correctly and now I have scarring on my stomach because of the misplaced piercing. For clarification I was pierced by the Caucasian thicker woman who’s room is the first one on the right when you walk in. I attached a photo of the incorrect placement for better warning to future clients of hers in regards to belly piercings. I got second opinions and was told this was a blatant misplacement of a belly piercing no questions about it. It was not a belly piercing at all but a “surface piercing.” Sad because I tipped her hefty too. My own ignorance. (I took the photo down because I believe that's what got it deleted) Beware of the belly piercings at this establishment. Make sure you do your research on where the correct placement should be because the "professional" piercer won't be very much help and will have an attitude when you ask to come back to get it fixed. I should've just gotten a...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo at Village Tattoo, and I cannot recommend this place enough, especially the incredibly talented artist, Krystal. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the entire team.
Krystal's artistry is truly exceptional. I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted, and she took the time to listen carefully to my vision, offering insightful suggestions that enhanced the design beyond what I had imagined. Her ability to translate ideas into stunning artwork is remarkable. The level of detail and creativity she brought to my tattoo is something I will cherish forever.
Her skill with the needle is equally impressive. Throughout the session, Krystal demonstrated a steady hand and an eye for precision that made the entire process smooth and comfortable. She was meticulous in her approach, ensuring that every line and shade was perfect. The end result was a beautifully crafted piece that exceeded all my expectations.
If you're looking for a tattoo artist who combines incredible artistry with top-notch skill and a genuine focus on her clients, Krystal at Village Tattoo is the one to see. I am beyond thrilled with my tattoo and look forward to returning for more in the future. Thank you, Krystal, for an unforgettable experience and a masterpiece I will proudly...
Read moreOn Saturday I brought my baby to get her ears pierced and we were turned away because we were misinformed. I don’t live in the area so it was a waste of my time. The previous day I called to make sure that my baby could get her ears pierced and they said everything was fine. I told the lady on the phone that my baby was 7 months. When I got there in person they said she had to be 8 months. The piercers excuse for me being misinformed was “the shop had a big event the prior day so whoever on the phone accidentally misinformed you” As a customer I could care less about your event; I care that you wasted my time. You all need to have your information correct the first time, and not willing to accommodate me even though my baby is about to be 8 months did not sit well with me when babies get their ears pierced as early as 3 months. Your shop your rules but its important to have your receptionist know what they are...
