I strongly advise against using this company. Despite my initial attempt to maintain a friendly and casual tone during our interactions, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. From start to finish, dealing with this business raised numerous red flags due to its unprofessionalism.

Although I overlooked these concerns initially due to a pressing need for quick turnaround, my patience was severely tested. During my first transaction, the shirts I received had a strong smell of marijuana, and I was asked to run errands to the store for unrelated items like a roll-up and a coke. Despite the inconvenience, I reluctantly agreed in hopes of receiving my order promptly. However, I spent hours steaming and airing out the shirts to remove the odor.

Regrettably, I decided to give them another chance for a subsequent order, hoping for a better outcome. Yet again, I was let down. This time, not only were the shirts printed in the wrong color, but the service was also inconsistent where there was stains on a lot of the shirts. Despite disputing the issue for an hour in person, I only received a partial refund, leaving me significantly out of pocket for both the shirts and the incorrect printing. I called for days and sent text messages so I had to go in person to even get to this resolution.

Overall, the high prices, inconsistency in printing quality, and disregard for customer satisfaction, including leaving stains on products, make this company one to avoid at all costs. My experience was a complete loss, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.

I read some reviews and it looks like most people don't receive a refund at all so I was lucky to receive the partial. If he is not responding I say go knock on the door. I launched a small business last Fall 2020 "Rare Hip Hop Antiquities". For my sample run I was using an all black wool body/genuine leather sleeve varsity jackets from Epic sports. I had 6 jackets & sample clients ready to go & wanted to keep using a spot doing heat press but they were busy that day & also recommended me to find a spot that did direct to garment. Though disappointed I googled embroidery spots, found MGE & pulled up that same day.

Though Lou runs his business from home, don't let his location fool you. I introduced myself, shared my vision & he gave me a consultation. After, I was convinced this was the spot & Lou was instrumental in my 12 jacket sample run.

Even though I've moved own to having my jackets custom made & found my own manufacturer, Lou & I still do business.

He has also become a good friend who often times shares his Nigerian proverbs or words of wisdom.
