Contacted this establishment at 11:10 to make an order on the middle of my order the man stops me and tells me I have to come in which o planned for so because it was for pickup. Anywhos he states that they are now closing in 10 minuets and I would need to place the order in the established according to “his manager” and hangs up in my ear. I called back asking to speak with a manager which he wouldn’t place on the phone because we all know it’s a family owned business so as I politely stated to him what sense does it make for me to drive there then give you my order that takes more than 10 min to make. So long story short I am not in no way shape or form inclined to ever visit this establishment again and give them my money since they can not respect their patrons. Which I am well aware are all POC thus they feel superior to speak to us in such a manner and think that we must frequent their business to support their families when they give nothing back to our communities. I will defrost this food in my freezer and prepare my own meal which is cheaper and look up a damn recipe to make my own damn...

I would not even give this place 1 star . Everytime no offense to anyone but this one guy we all know that puts you hold in the middle of him talking . This guy he hangs up but all I wanted to do was speak to someone else.. Because I asked do they put egg in fried rice doesn’t matter that cost .. this guy say No … and put me on hold … then get on the phone and had a attitude this location with his customer service is very wrong and makes you not want to order i tip this driver atleast 5 to 10 everytime he delivers but what about the guy who answered the phone …. Do not order from here … if drivers get tips for his delivery why should you order from this place over the phone when the person who answered the phone took the order and carried the call like that and what makes you think they are not doing anything crazy with your food or not taking orders properly or making order wrong … Do NO...

I normally don't have a problem.with getting my wings from them, but today was terrible. Don't use the words Customer Service bc there was NONE!! I called my order in at 3:31pm arrived at 3:32 bc I was literally across the street from the carryout. He told me 10 mins, but I said ok, I'll just pull up, go in, and pay for it and wait. I paid 10.95 for 6 wings only and went to go sit down and he told me my food was ready before I could even put my behind on the seat. I looked at my order and it was old looking. The wings looked dark like it had been sitting out and they redunked it in the oil. I told him I didn't want it and he told me I shouldn't have called it in. I asked to speak to a mgr and he told me I couldn't and just gave me my money back. I live by getting my wings only from this carryout, but no more. Don't do it, I don't know if it's new managers or what, but...
