It is rare coming across the level of hospitality and service that Rita and her team provide at Monmouth Jet Center. I proposed to my girlfriend at this airport (working with Navesink Aviation) and had an outstanding experience dealing with private charters and the airport itself. They were very accommodating, responsive and helpful in every regard to make our day special. They pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service and that was vey evident in my interaction with them. 10/10! We flew into Monmouth Airport and parked at the Jet Center for a quick overnight and the service was amazing! From the line guys assisting our crew with all our requested services, to the accommodating front desk customer service in the FBO, to the wonderful, little goodies in the restrooms.
