Dime Aesthetics Medspa — Local services in Walpole

I went here on a whim. I had a Groupon for another place but set up an appointment at dime instead. Worth it. Everyone that greeted me into the office routine was nice. I need to especially recognize and recommended Kara. I went in with the idea of "trying" them. I walked out with not one but two packages, and even added a third one the last time I went. This was because Kara was amazing. She gave me all the details‐ good, bad, and the ugly. She was not pushy. She let me think about it, and make my own choices. When she is working the time goes by quickly and weirdly less painful, because she just has one of those voices that assures you; it's well worth it. She pays attention to you and your needs. One thing stands out particularly as an example of this... I mentioned I was freezing to death. I am always cold. She got me a blanket and tucked me in. Not only that, but when I returned, she remembered I am always freezing, and offered me a blanket as soon as i came in. Her work ethic is meticulous. I felt like she knew exactly what she was doing, and followed the same technique each time. When I asked if she could get closer to my eye, she was able to clarify, that she could not because of nerves that ran close to the surface by the eye. Knowing I was leaving there with more smooth skin and my eye ball would not be drooping like ice-cream melting off my face, made me very comfortable. I would recommend Dime and...

I absolutely would NOT recommend dime. I paid for 8 sessions of laser hair removal on my underarms in preparation for my wedding. I finished my last session two months ago and my hair is back to exactly what it was before I started. On top of that, I have some sort of burn mark from the treatment that has not gone away. I was forced to go somewhere to get it re-treated and spend even more money. They didn’t even refund me half of the price because they said they didn’t get a chance to assess before I started treatments elsewhere…what is there to assess? It obviously didn’t work or else I wouldn’t be paying to get it fixed. On top of that now I have to pay to go to the dermatologist for the burn mark (which I mentioned during my sessions and she said she’d “just go around it” - was I just supposed to have a giant circle of hair left there?) It’s also suspicious that as soon as I finished my sessions they just happened to no longer offer laser anymore and the woman who did it doesn’t work there because it “wasn’t a good fit”. Terrible treatment and terrible customer service....

I could not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dime Aesthetics! I had my first ever injectables treatment today performed by the owner, Cassandra. Her newly established space in Walpole, MA is absolutely stunning, easy to find and perfectly located. Upon walking in her office door you’re immediately transported to an elegant, but just as comforting, space and her treatment rooms are immaculate. I am so glad I booked a consultation before the treatment began as I had only done minor research prior to coming in. Cassandra’s expertise in her field is the first thing that put my mind at ease. She’s extremely knowledgeable and together we came up with a plan that would work best for me for both immediately results and long term goals. She was so kind and gentle throughout the treatment and extremely understanding of the nerves I faced, she did everything to make me comfortable and relaxed. I cannot wait to be back with her!
