First time ever going into the store and it's pretty quiet things are pretty dusty but that didn't bother me what bothered me was that I asked the gentleman up front a question I was looking for a particular item and he looked at me and said ummmmmmmmmm idnooo not the response I was looking for so then I asked him okay do you know someone that does know ummmmmmmm then he said I don't know that either let me ask someone then he goes and says well I've never done this before okay this is your first day I would think there are people there that can order a cabinet door a window a faucet I guess he had to call somebody that called another person then he showed me the item and just said okay it's this much and it takes 5 to 10 weeks okay do you have a different variety different style not that that's it and I'm looking at the screen and what about this door oh I don't know I mean if the store is just the front they should do a little bit better for...

Love this place! Guys are always very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and prices are very good for building materials. Selection isn't huge, but I have found great tile and laminate flooring for at least a dozen projects, so they do carry items that are on trend, not last seasons throw aways. Definitely worth checking out.

Selection of products def isn't what it used to be. No more sliding glass exterior doors. Very minimal selection of hardwood flooring. Prices aren't that competitive. I saw a bathroom fan there for $237 and Home Depot carries the same item for $170. I didn't see garbage disposals this time. No shower surround systems. No bathtubs to order. Used to love this store. Was somewhat disappointed today. Yes, I know that every business took a hit during the pandemic. Nonetheless, sad to see good stores go down in value...

Been there a couple times. Terrible customer service from the guy at the front check-out, he spent several minutes speaking to his buddy and did not acknowledge the customers waiting in line. Here’s my message to him: If you don’t want to help or deal with customers who are giving this store business, just stay home buddy, there’s many people out there that would love a job.
