After 8 hours of waiting they called and said they don’t have authorization to work in Kingston and said too us “Looks like it’s back to your PROBLEM “

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! And did not Care that they wasted our entire day!

“I’d rather be PICK LINT out of a STRANGER’S belly button than have you do work on our house…I AIN’T...

When we tell you your TV set cannot be repaired it is not a assumption we aren't trying to waste your time or ours or make you pay a diagnostic fee for a TV when we can tell what the issue is just from looking at it😉 now if it looks like a problem that can be fixed and it doesn't meet or exceed the cost of a brand new TV then we will happily try our best...

Drive there and wouldn't even be polite and look at my tv. Just Assume they couldn't fix it state buy another one. Won't pass them...
