I placed an online order where it was for drive through pickup. The regular employee was trying to hand me my order when the general manager said to put it back and then proceeded to tell me I needed to come inside to get my order. I said why is that when I always order and y’all have given in past well manager just kept saying ‘it’s a liability’ and smirking. I went inside and asked her for her name and she smirked smugly and said it’s on the door. Extremely rude general manager. Little Ceasers will not get my business again thanks to Siya. I always wait when they are busy and I never have had an issue until this past weekend! Everyone has always been respectful except this manager. I don’t believe that customers should be looked down upon and not to even go into an explanation as to why other than to continue to repeat the same phrase ‘it’s a liability’. If they are afraid of dropping my order y’all have bags to put my wings in. It’s just really unacceptable and unprofessional. My family likes the wings from little Ceasers but they can just get dominos from now on as they take less time and aren’t going to be rude about handing an order through their drive through window plus their orders are always guaranteed within their time window usually 20 minutes or less!...

My fiancé and I walked up at 8:15pm and a lady gets out of her car I’m assuming it’s a manager or key holder because they walked in front of us no apology no nothing and said We closed! And locked the door and went back into their car. How can you say you are closed when the lights are on in the store and the open sign is lit up. And how can you say you are closed when online it says the store is open until 10 p.m. I would’ve been more understanding if she had said they were short staffed or if there was a sign on the door about being short staffed, and we are closing early. Unfortunately, she did not, and was very rude to us. To make matters worse, I called corporate. And they sent me to customer service line. Read moreThin crust is advertisted constantly. It was also brightly lit on the signs of this Little Caesars. We ordered thin crust. They had no thin crust available. We ordered pepsi. All they had was diet pepsi. Same with Mt.Dew. Only diet available. We ordered one stuffed crust pizza and one stuffed crust sausage. We actually heard the worker shout to the back, "You put sausage AND pepperoni on one? I told you one sausage and one pepperoni!" From the back came mumbling. Then the first worker yelled, "Just take the pepperoni off the sausage pizza!" We ordered pepperoni pizza. Once back on the road we opened the box. We got a cheese pizza in a pepperoni labeled box.
