My first call was on or around the 28 May - 01 June 2021. I called to cancel the service. I was told by the representative that everything would be canceled and it was not. I asked for a confirmation number and your company does not give confirmation number for cancellation. This is unacceptable and things need to change. We are human and we make mistakes. If there was something in place so this would not happen again your company would be a better company.
