Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Walters

This is one of the worst Sonics around. Service is always slow and the food is never right. It takes forever, even if you order on the app first. Its mainly staffed with kids that have no work experience or ethics. Every time I go I say I'm not going back but I do and I end up disappointed again. It shouldn't take 20-30 mins for a bag of ice. Several years ago we would eat there a lot but we seldom go because of the quality, lettuce never looks fresh and service takes forever. Their speaker system seems to be broken all the time also so they have to come out to your car to take your order. If they would block it, it would be more convenient for customers not to have to back out and find a new sall with a working speaker. I guess the owners don't care. I know the old one did and tried to straighten up the place. We don't have many options in our small town so we end up driving to...

We went to this Sonic on our way from Lawton back to Temple, OK.

To say the the least, it was disappointing. The ordering process was rapid and the person taking the order was friendly. After that, the experience was not very good.

First, considering that we only ordered 4 drinks, it took far to long for them to come out!

Second, the Cherry limeade was horrible. It tasted like Sprite with a little cherry flavor and almost no lime added! Not at all what was expected as we have had many of the Cherry limeade drinks and they were nothing like this.

I do not recommend this location!

I have never had a Sonic consistently get my order wrong until I went to this one. Every single time I put in an order, SOMETHING is messed up, whether its cheeseburgers missing cheese or getting an entree item switched with something else entirely.
