I decided it was time to start taking my family to a doctor locally because it is so difficult to get into a doctor in Lawton. My parents recommended Dr Rowe at this office because that is were my mother goes. I called this doctors office to set up an appointment for myself, I recently had back surgery but was released from neurologist who told me to follow up with a family doctor. Anyway, I called this office and asked if they were taking new patients, she said yes, and when I was attempting to explain why i needed an appointment, she interrupted me and asked if I needed pain management, I told her I guess, i don't know, what is pain management. She wouldn't explain what pain management is, her attitude completely changed to hateful, wouldn't let me finish that the only thing I take is arthritis meds. She flat out lied to me, because my parents are patients there and my mother has severe arthritis and takes the same meds the neurologist recommends I take. Raven and her staff are friendly and quick to answer your questions. Raven is very furrow in her examinations very polite, and the other staff are concerned about your privacy. The office is neat and clean, and you can usually see Raven same day or the next day. It’s nice to have a place here in our hometown where we don’t have to travel they’ve built a new place.
