The best Jamaican food you can find!! My husband always gets the oxtail, I love the jerk chicken, and my dad is obsessed with the jerk salmon, which is always perfectly cooked. We always need to get extra plantains for our toddler, who will literally cry when they’re finished. The Mac & cheese is also fire!

For as good as the food is, what makes Menagerie special to us is Dane. You can literally taste the love & joy he pours into his food, and over the time we’ve been coming he’s become a friend to us & our family. When our son turned 2, Dane catered his birthday party, opening up his kitchen extra early to accommodate us. When I tell you our guests could not stop raving about the food!! We are so grateful to Dane for making our baby’s party so special.

Move over.There's a new sheriff in town. Coming from Philly, there's a plethora of Jamaican restaurants to choose from. Bucks County is not known for Jamaican food, but they will be now. The owner/operator is a for real authentic jamaican man who knows how to throw down in the kitchen. His portions are enormously big and heavy and his flavorings and seasonings on point. You get an enormous amount of food for your money. The friendly atmosphere. The fun like times and the smiling faces put you in the mind of the little island. Nice hot food! That’s about the only thing that was nice… But if you want to be treated like you’re NOT invisible and spoken to without sarcasm, then stay away from this place. Awful, I walk in and don’t get greeted. The man working/preparing the food has earbuds in..on the other side of the room…back turned to the customer…and then suddenly says “what can I get for you”… I thought he may have been speaking to me, but considering the scenario, I legitimately was not sure, so when he turned around and looked in my direction, I said, “ oh me?” To which he replies, “Nooo..me!” (Sarcasm of course). Then I say “well I wasn’t sure”… I then proceed to try to give my order, and he shouts out to me “wait a minute” and goes does something else for like 5mins before he finally gets back to me. Insane.
