Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Warminster Township

For anyone in the reviews saying the bathroom is horrible or the food is bad I’m going to let you in on something major. If all the staff members are on the grill , and taking orders , and baking the bagels . Understand that if the bathroom is messy it’s not intentional. Everything is cleaned everyday Floor sweeped and mopped every day. The Bagels? Baked fresh everyday. Bagels that don’t get sold by 2pm are thrown out by the end of the day because this location doesn’t play about cleanliness and HEALTH. As a current employee by 12 pm everyday I’m cleaning up the bathrooms and the main area/back. My whole team is on go when it comes to keeping this place clean. We even have an alarm for the coffee so we can change it often to keep it fresh for our lovely customers. I love my job. My manager is an awesome guy and my co-workers are super awesome. The last time I was here I got great service and my order was correct. Everyone was very kind.

Today, I come in to order the same thing. The man behind the counter is very kind. Repeats my order back to me correctly. A nova lox bagel with NO capers OR onions. When I tell him my order, the girl making the food glares at me and rolls her eyes. I later open the bag for lunch to find that there is in fact capers AND onions in my bagel. I could've been allergic to those ingredients which would've costed me my lunch. Luckily I'm not, I just really dislike them.

Apparently now they have defaulted ALL online orders to take 30 minutes to pick up...the past 2 orders I did said 30 minutes and in the past, it's always ever been 10, 15 or 20 minutes max during their busy times. I made an order at 10am on a weekday...said 30 minutes which I found really really odd. When I got my food, the parking lot was empty and my food was cold. Repeated again today. Not busy, 30 minute wait time, cold food. The food clearly is made within 10 minutes and then sits on the shelf for 20 minutes. I'm not sure who decided to make 30 minutes the wait time for everything, but you'll be losing me as a customer when I'm getting food...
