Update.... someone has knocked my door and brought me a replacement with the right thing I ordered. So they're on their way to redemption.
They were my favorite restaurant up until tonight. I even told the lady on the phone that she lost my business forever. She didn't seem to give a damn. I would normally order from this place twice a month either picking it up or getting it delivered. I used to swear by how great their food was.
Tonight I ordered my usual dumplings and soup along with some chicken with garlic sauce, not spicy, with lo mein instead of rice. They deliver shrimp and garlic sauce with peppers. I called back and say there's been an error, I ordered chicken with garlic sauce not spicy... she said I confirm and say it back to you 3 times.. you said shrimp. I said no ma'am... chicken and shrimp are two different words and even sound like two different words.
I've never ordered shrimp with garlic sauce because I don't like it.
So, she continued to dispute and put the blame on me. Instead of her apologizing and saying I'm sorry for the miscommunication and I'll do what I can to make it right, she became combative. This is how they choose to resolve an issue with their business and it's disappointing.
Also, the 45 minutes turns into an hour and even worse is that I gave her my credit card number over the phone which she didn't read back to me. She used to. Not only did she incorrectly type the numbers in, but she calls me 20 minutes later to tell me this. She asks for it again and then another half an hour later they arrive.
I might be...

Old review usually give this restaurant a five-star rating because of their fast service and amazing staff. And excellent food ,However, I must address my experience from tonight, specifically with the Kung Pao chicken. it was bad and when I say bad, I mean you couldn’t need it. It was so horrible. I am a chef. It was hard tough dried out and salty. Maybe Unfortunately, it was quite salty, and as a chef, I noticed that the issue seemed to stem from the breading. The chicken was dry, and overall, the dish was really unappetizing to the point that I had to throw it out—it was simply inedible. I've never encountered this issue in the past, and I’ve ordered this dish twice before without any problems. While I will not be ordering the Kung Pao chicken again, I want to emphasize that every other menu item has consistently received five stars from me. I appreciate the quality of the restaurant overall and will definitely return in the future. Despite my experience this time, I still plan to enjoy other dishes and hope this feedback helps improve the Kung Pao chicken. If this had been my first experience here, I might not have returned, but I am grateful for the many great meals I’ve had before. Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreI have a long history of not liking Chinese food. Honestly, I don't understand the fuss.
So when my wife suggested we order from this place, especially since they had free delivery for orders over $10, I figured I'd give it a chance.
I'm glad I agreed with her. 😁
I ordered the General Tso's Combo Platter (see accompanying photo). The general must have enjoyed large meals because the portion I received was enough for dinner and then for lunch the next day.
My only complaint was the delivery time. 🚛 It took nearly an hour to receive it. And when my wife went out to meet the delivery guy for the food-he had a cool mask with a big smile on it 😸-he took a while to leave while he asked her about the history of our old farm house. 🏠
I get it. People ask all the time about that. We just wanted to eat and have our food not get cold.
Which leads me to the next positive. ➕ Despite the wait and conversation🗣️, the food was piping hot ♨️ as if it just came out of the oven.
Overall, as a not-so-often eater of Chinese food, I recommend this place to fill your belly in the evening and the next...
