I dropped off a saxophone for repair. I was told that it should be done in two to three weeks. It took over five weeks. That's not the issue that has me seriously annoyed. The sax only needed one key fixed (the b flat key) and I made that clear when I dropped it off. The associate said we usually ask for clearance for $150 for any repair. That's where I made my mistake. The repair shop 'found' more fixes that weren't necessary so they could charge me $167 with tax. I won't ever step foot in Music and Arts again.
