Asian Bliss Market — Local services in Warner Robins

We stopped by this market earlier in 2020 while visiting Warner Robin's. Masks were just becoming a thing and we noticed their sign on the door. So we searched our car and found some masks. We hurried back to the door because they were closing soon. But when we pulled on the door it was locked even though there were people moving about inside. A woman came to the door and told us they were closed for organizing and cleaning. We were devastated as we really wanted to check it out. Our whole trip had been exhausting and stressful and this was our hope for something enjoyable. My husband and I love asian food and the culture and we look to explore new Asian markets when we can. So we apologized and began to leave when she asked us what we needed. We explained that we were passing through and just really wanted to check her store out. Without hesitation she let us in. She allowed us to shop and when we went to check out, she GAVE us fresh hand made pork buns for FREE. Such a wonderful and sweet gesture that we won't forget can't...

I cannot express how disappointed I am at the management of this establishment. I'm marrying into a Filipino household and the one thing my fiance wanted was Filipino cuisine at our wedding. I spent months in communication with the owner and she assured me all if the catering needs could be handled by her and her staff. After being ghosted for about a month with numerous calls and emails I finally had to be stern with the poor cashier. After that I was given an excuse of a lost phone/computer but all would be handled. The venue required a walk-through and contract to use their kitchen and the owner toured the venue. I had to find out through our wedding coordinator that they declined the contract. They didn't even bother letting me know. Here we are a month from our wedding now scrambling to find a caterer. I will never go to this or any other location with this company and highly recommend you reconsider doing...

I like the market. As for the little food/drinks and boba shop inside of it the service was AWFUL almost every time we have went because of this one lady. She is extremely rude and I thought she was maybe just in a bad mood that day but nope she’s just rude in general and does not want to make the drinks. There are not many Asian markets in this area so we just deal with the rude customer service I guess lol

(Edit) I would like to add the owner is so sooo sweet. the lady that was rude was definitely not the owner. I went in last week and the owner was there this time and made me a halo halo even though she had just closed the food/boba part of the store. I would say let that one rude lady go because it really does make people not want to keep coming...
