Classic Bottle Shoppe — Local services in Warner Robins

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE! I walked in and asked for a certain bottle of wine. The worker ,a white lady with glasses and short hair ,there showed me one bottle she had she said but it’s like $15 it may be a bit much I ignored that. Then, I grabbed the bottle to keep looking around she said are you going to get that I replied I may and continued to browse she said well I have to go to the back and get water but I have cameras and I can see everything from back here. I'm not sure if this is new owners, and i just moved into the area. I went once to the liquor store on the corner of tharpe and Russell ( H&P) and NEVER again! I came here to the bottle shoppe and it will FOREVER be my go to liquor store. They have EVERYTHING!!! the prices beat the local liquor stores in the surrounding areas. Sam and Ropel are so nice they even ordered me something they didn't have in the store and called me within that week that they received it. Very rare will you find a place that takes time to provide customer service these days. Sam and Micki are amazing in helping me with figuring new bottles to try. They take time to build rapport with their customer and make educated suggestions on bottles based on what the customer likes. They have recommended several bottles of whiskey and cognac and are batting a 1000 on their suggestions. Great down to earth patient people. Makes me proud in supporting the...
