3 of the last 4 vapes I bought from here were duds. I went into the store to explain and asked if anybody else was having issues with them recently. The lady who is always so nice told me nobody has complained about them and she told the owner or manager what I had said they were doing. He immediately got defensive as if I had asked for something free in return which I had not. He said he was not going to give me a credit because he had to pay for them. He told me to find another brand or to shop elsewhere. He was quite rude about the whole thing. I never asked for anything free, I was only telling them what happened. So I turned back to the woman and said guess Iāll start shopping elsewhere then. I normally donāt leave reviews for places but felt the need this time because of how rude he was to me for no reason. My husband and I have been buying here for a few months now but I never will again because of how I was treated just for explaining the issues with these last purchases I made there. My husband and I went to another shop someone told us about. The guy was super helpful when I told him about the issues with my current brand and told me a different brand to try. I asked if it was refillable and she said yes, and I asked if their was a problem with it what should I do and what is the return policy because I looked and seen no signs anywhere in the store about it.
