Tobacco World — Local services in Warner Robins

I stopped at Tobacco World after AT&T had disabled my brand-new iPhone 17, leaving me completely stranded without GPS, the ability to make a call, or even dial 911. I politely asked if they had an emergency phone I could use just to contact my wife for her to call AT&T.

The woman at the register was polite, but whoever the man was who got in his black SUV—possibly the manager—was shockingly disrespectful and rude. His “solution” was to tell me to try borrowing a phone from someone outside. There was nobody around. Suggesting that to a stranded customer in need isn’t just unhelpful—it’s unsafe.

It’s disgusting to see that level of rudeness when someone is asking for basic help in a stressful situation. After that interaction, I left, got back into my $80,000 truck, and drove across the street where I was given the assistance I needed.

Worst experience, overpriced, and total lack of knowledge of products they are selling! Purchased a cleanse from Angel(chubby white blonde) that she highly recommended. Got home and visited the companies web site and come to find out the $65 guaranteed product isn’t what she said it was. I immediately called the store back and Spoke to angel about my concerns and what I had learned from the company’s website. I asked to bring the product back and was rudely told no and that I shouldn’t believe the website that her customers that have taken it are who she believes. I then asked for the manager and was told he wasn’t there and that I he told her not to ever give his name out to anyone. She then tells me if I don’t like that to call the police and hung up on me. Well unfortunately these people at least the owner of the stores owns several stores and apparently they were caught doing something illegal with the lottery and now you can't even buy lottery tickets at this location or at any of their other stores and this is been over 2 weeks now so I have come to the conclusion that if you come to our country and you open a store but yet you fail to follow the laws set forth by this country and or state and or City then I will choose not to shop at your store ever again.
