What a great team of employees at the Warren TSC! I've purchased A LOT of stall mats from this store and every time, 3 team members would come out and assist with loading the mats onto my pickup or u-haul. If you know about stall mats, you know how heavy and awkward they are to move. Yet, the team members always help me with a smile. Last night, I had 13 more mats to pick up and it was almost closing time. I had thought the store closed at 7:30 pm but when I called, they said the store actually closes at 7 pm. It was 6:55 PM and I was still 10 minutes away. When I told them I really needed to pick them up tonight, they told me they would wait for me to arrive and to just call the store when I'm outside and they'll bring it out! I got there at 7:15 pm and I was greeted with 2 team members who were so kind and helped me load the mats even though it was after hours and freezing cold out! Amazing customer...

I went to the store to exchange a thermal vest that my kids bought me for Christmas. The smaller size I was looking for was no longer available in that store. Stephen, the store manager, looked on the computer and found one in Hillsborough. Instead of having it shipped to my home, Stephen said that he lived 12 minutes from that store and would just swing by and pick it up. He called me the next day to tell me that he had picked it up and it was ready for me to come by the Warren store.

Love this store, the people are extremely friendly & helpful from the managers to the cashiers to the yard and floor staff. I wish I could remember all their names but you’ll know them when you meet them. However, there is one “ Stand Out “ his name is Paul. Don’t quote me; but I believe he is the store manager. Paul is a soft charismatic, meaning he can draw you in without a lot of pomp & circumstance. but rather with Sincerity. He’s a Man of his word.
