Spice Nawabs — Restaurant in Warren Township

The food here is great but the service is truly terrible. I’ve ordered a total of 4 times now and the past 3 have been bad experiences. First order was perfect. Second order didn’t have rice with the entrees, which was fine we thought it was a mistake. My third order left me waiting 30 minutes after the pick up time to finally get my order, and again, no rice. I called to see if it can be delivered and they told me they got a “bad batch”, so they won’t have rice until next week. I think it’s ridiculous to charge $16 for an entree and not have rice (or even disclose that you have no rice). I just picked up my 4th order and again waited over 20 minutes past the pick up time for them to tell me the “naan machine” isn’t working. They offered me something else from the menu and I opted for mozzarella sticks. I did ask for a refund because 2 naan are $10 (which is pricey imo) to which they told me they “can’t do refunds” with online ordering.
