1st Zella Appliances — Local services in Warren

I bought a used washing machine from this business 6-11-18 with a 3 month warranty that lasted 3 months for $225.00. I contacted Zella appliances to let them know that the product that they sold me only lasted 3 months, literally within weeks of the warranty expiring. I've had used appliances before that lasted me for years. I was first given the run around speaking with different employee about the issue. After explaining what the machine was doing he told me he could not send someone out to fix it but would work something out. When I arrived at the store again the employee had convenient amnesia. She called the owner and I was told he would take $50 off another washer with free delivery and 6 months warranty after already paying $225 3 months before. So I agreed with the deal and set up delivery for the next day. When Zella came out to deliver another washer the next day he took the washer that was paid for!!!! And wanted the $130. 00 for the replacement!!! RIPP OFF!! I told him that the washer belonged to me, he LIED and told me that was the deal that was offered to me which was not true! So in essence he ripped me off. Took a washer that I paid cash for then charged me another $130 for a replacement! Unprofessional and if its not in writing he will go back on his word and steal from you. Terrible business ethics!!!

I just moved to Eastpointe and asked a local where to go to get appliances. He told me that he and his parents have been buying appliances from them for years and if there is any problem they always come right away and fix it. When I visited the shop I found row after row of clean, clean machines. I bought a washer, dryer and a gas stove. They were very reasonably priced and delivered the very next day, with free delivery and installation!

I will go back to them in a heartbeat.

UPDATE! I need to let folks know that the oven had a weird problem and when I called the owner he immediately set up a time to come and fix it. When he got here he was able to make the repair and the oven works great! He did just what I had heard: made good on...

Today my sister and I walked in to the store and purchased a dryer. We received great service and it was delivered and installed the same day. Here's the thing... someone came out to the house earlier and charged $70 and misdiagnosed the problem with the old dryer. Zella, before installing the dryer found that the dryer was moments away from catching on fire. They instructed my sister what to check and she found her outside vent was clogged with soot, not lint and that there was a hard ball stuck in the vent outside.
