Me my family used to love getting Wopers because our burger would have fresh vegetables,and had the right amount of sauce you used to be able to request them to cut your sandwich, add more or less what toppings, your sandwich would be hot as well ours fries, and they would give you condiments with our having to as for them however ever the last couple of times we went the drive through live is bare and tonight we went for the last time because when my husband placed the order he ordered a Woper combo large and 2 chicken nuggets 10 pieces each a large fries and 3 soft drinks with light ice first of all the guy working the drive through window was going to place the other withoutasking what soft drinks we had, norr did he asked what kind of sauce we wanted for the nuggets when we went to the drive through window the guy was bent over doing nothing then finally he took our money and and still didn't ask if we wanted any condenments not asked what kind of sauce we wanted for our nuggets and when we homewe noticed that we only had one fries but charged for two fries no source of any kind for the nuggets all of the food was cold and the Woper didn't have any fresh vegetables the sandwich the lettuce was wilted the sandwich was drowning with too much sauce we were disappointed to say the least but we opted not to go back and complain, and we knew from past experiences with other locations that it would be a waste of time and gas, and if you call they probably wouldn't an and we never smell burgers being flam bra the broiled and more well we will not paganizing this business anymore and my husband said that they all should be closed I personally believe that we might get better service at another location at least I hope so because I would hate having them all closed because of other locations fail at getting good service and a friendly smile. Peopl already stopped buying fast food because it's over priced you no longer receive good service with a friendly smile instead you get poor service in the drive through and if you choose to go in and order food you no longer have a human and the counter instead you have to order your food using the a tablet mounted on poll or wall which is not personal having to used a credit or debit card which some people rather not use their card be someone can get us information and make you one of their identity theft victims so if you have cash someone has to come accept your cash payment which most people work back don't look happy and will more than likely give you less than...
Read moreI never come to this location before but a friend of mine wanted so I stopped to them lunch. At first everything was going fine (side note drive thru speaker needs work-was hard to hear with traffic going by) anyway the drive thru employee took my ordered and I pulled around and waited for the order. Now I am usually have a lot patience as I have 17 years in the restaurant industry. This wasn't a matter of the time it took for the order as that was fine, but wasn't fine was the employee forgot or miss read the receipt and only handed me one of the drinks I had ordered. She handed me the first drink and took the money pay for said order and gave me my change back and then a few moments later give me the food and said "Have a nice day!" Well that was great to hear until I questioned on the wearabouts of my second drink as had said to her that I hadn't received it. That's when the attitude kicked in on her part. All of sudden it went from Have a nice day to not even stating something like "oh, my bad or I am sorry I missed your drink...here is your second drink, etc!" Nope...it was find a drink prepared for another order and I guess she knew was a Coke and handed to me. I went on my way at that point.
The other thing that I noticed was another female employee, who had braided brown/blonde hair and turquoise/blue finger nails was rubbing her nose and for the most part I could had careless if I would seen her wash her hands but she didn't. She was continually to have a conversation with the drive thru employee and another employee who appeared to be a manager.

Read moreI have watched this location go down the tubes in customer service over the last 4 years. The management and customer service quality simply sucks. II liv across the street and have for 4 years. This morning was the last time I will visit this store. The manager, Linda, did not hear one of the sandwhiches we ordered and we asked her to correct it at the window and add the sandwhich prior to paying. I was told that they did not take orders at the window (even though I was the only customer in line). I decided enough was enough and went to the Burger King a mile and a half away. With your about us page stating things like, "We are our guests’ favorite fast food destination. It’s that simple…to be our guests’ favorite… the one they prefer above all others." and many other statements of customer service being the most important, either this is just P.R. B.S. or this lady does not care about your company standards. When I called up to request the number to the corporate office, I was told that they did not have a corporate office.
