I have nothing but praise for this daycare. From the moment they opened in 2023, they’ve been more than just caregivers—they’ve truly become like family. Our daughter started here as an infant and spent the last two years growing up in their care. Sadly, we’ve had to move due to military life, but I’ll never stop recommending this place.

One of the biggest things that stood out to us was the consistency in the staff. Most of the teachers who were there on day one are still there, which really speaks to how well Emily runs the center and how much the staff loves and values the kids. The communication has also been incredible—whether it was updates through the Procare app, notifications about illnesses, accidents, or even emergencies like a tornado warning or a base lockdown, we always knew exactly what was going on and that our daughter was safe.

But what truly set this place apart was how deeply they cared for our daughter. She wasn’t just another child in the classroom—she was known, loved, and supported. When she needed extra cuddles, Emily would carry her around the center when she was a baby. At one time, she had trouble napping and was having a really rough day, Lindsey welcomed her into the office for a little break. Her teachers held her hand when she needed comfort, and even years later, her original teachers still wanted time with her on her last day. That kind of love and connection is rare, and it meant the world to us as parents.

Even when we just had our son - they welcomed home with open arms for a parents night out - and I had full trust Miss Fae would take good care of him.

KNAK has truly become a second home for our kiddos. My oldest has been in a new childcare facility every year—until we found KNAK. Since they opened in 2023, it’s been nothing short of amazing. The staff is phenomenal and treat the kids like their own.

Emily, the director, is incredibly thorough and communicates so well. She genuinely gets to know your children and isn’t afraid to share honest feedback or concerns. I love the transparency—it shows how much she cares!

Lindsey is hands-down my son’s favorite person in the world. I’m already sad thinking about him leaving for kindergarten! She’s compassionate, kind, fun, and exactly the kind of person you hope will care for your child.

Cleanliness? Impeccable. KNAK is by far the cleanest facility we’ve ever seen. It always smells clean, and they encourage great hand washing habits from the kids, too.

Ms. Nellie, the cook, is another rockstar. My picky eater is now trying (and liking!) new foods—tuna noodles! They serve real healthy meals, not just frozen nuggets, and that makes such a difference.

Fast forward to 2024: I had my second son two months early. As a NICU baby with severe reflux, I was so nervous. But after talking to Emily and the infant room staff, I felt completely at ease. They wore him for months and gave him the love and attention he needed. My heart was so full knowing he was in such good hands. Ashton and Fae are gems in the infant room and THE sweetest!

The ProCare app is another huge win. I get real-time updates, can message staff throughout the day, and always get quick responses. Plus, the facility has fantastic security, including cameras and keyed access doors.

As a parent who has had her kids at Knob Noster Academy Kids (KNAK) for nearly two years, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this center and the incredible team that makes it feel like a second home for our children. From the very first day, we knew we had found a special place — one where our kids would not only be cared for but truly loved.

The staff here goes above and beyond every single day. They greet our children with genuine smiles, endless patience, and hearts full of kindness. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every thoughtful detail — from the creative activities, fun events, and learning opportunities, to the way they comfort and encourage the kids during harder moments.

Our children have flourished here in ways we could have only hoped for. They’ve made friends, built confidence, and come home excited to share stories about their day. As parents, knowing our babes are in an environment where they are safe, nurtured, and celebrated is truly priceless.

As we embark on a new journey in life, one of the hardest (if not THE hardest) things for us to do will be leaving KNAK. The management and teachers have become family to us.
