Coffee Sknobs — Restaurant in Knob Noster

Coffee Sknobs is definitely the café to visit if you're in this part of Missouri. You will get a pretty consistent coffee when you visit with one variation being certain baristas will always give you your coffee in a take away cup even if you request a mug.

My personal drink of choice is a flat white. Unfortunately here Sknobs doesn't quite deliver. Most of their flat whites are served with no foam at all which is a common misconception in & around Missouri. A good flat white will have a small amount of micro foam on the surface. If your drink spills very easily when picked up then your milk likely isn't very stable.

Occasionally my flat white will have the proper amount of foam (rarely), but once again the milk is very unstable which means the foam will disappear after sitting only a minute or two.

Over all I can make do with the coffee here and I occasionally get a great cup of coffee! I just wouldn't say I get a great cup of coffee more than once a month. The staff is super kind and polite and the atmosphere is great & I will definitely keep visiting regularly!

This place is a home away from home. If you work at Whiteman or live in the surrounding area, then this place is THE place to visit for coffee. They have various roasts and blends that each compliment an artisan toasted bread all baked in house. The coffeeshop has lots of merchandise and the staff is wonderful in suggesting what to try out. Being in the "Bible Belt" of the United States, the coffeehouse plays the latest contemporary Christian music artists that will have you humming along with each sip. Finally, there are church services held on the second floor named VALOR Church. It is mostly comprising of the friendliest and warm welcoming people of Knob Noster. Services are held at 5pm, which allows service members the time they need to worship, alongside civilians not needing to wake up too early! I was really excited to give this place a try after seeing so many others enjoying it, being a coffee person I was excited to see more local coffee shops popping up but I must say this one was a fail. They were not knowledgeable on the types of drinks they were serving, confusing cappuccinos with lattes, allowing the shots to die before putting them in someone's drinks (which if you know anything about espresso you know you will get a horribly bitter drink if you get dead shots). They also have the feel of a daycare with children running around, banging things about, and constantly screaming it honestly had no coffee shop atmosphere.
