I would never recommend this place to others and the person who recommended this place to me and others will never do so again. I am giving them a 1 star since it won't let me give half or zero! I recently ordered and received a computer from them. After hooking everything up and turning it on, my monitor would not come on. Tried plugging the monitor into both the graphics card and onboard slots. Nothing. Tried this using 3 different VGA cables and 2 monitors. Then opened up the computer to see is something wasn't plugged in. The guy I work with (who was the one who recommended this place and also builds computers) pushed on the graphics card and snapped it into place. We thought the problem was solved but still nothing from my monitor. I called and left a message for technical support. As we were sitting trying to figure out what else could be the problem, I realized that my computer had NO memory sticks in it!! No wonder my monitor isn't showing anything. I double checked my order to make sure that memory was on the list. It was. I tried calling technical support again. Just the answering system so I hung up and dialed customer service. The woman I spoke with was not friendly at all. All she said was that I ordered Windows 10 so there had to be memory there, hang up and call technical support. I said no one answers. She rudely said well just leave a message. I call and leave a message and wait. Finally get a call back. I'm not sure how this guy works tech support. I got told that it happens in shipping that a graphics card can come loose and that sometimes the memory stick can get knocked out while being bounced around. Really!!?? They snap and lock into place! I was told to tip the computer back and forth to see if the memory was laying somewhere in it. My next wonderful piece of tech support was to unplug the computer, turn it upside down and shake it to see if the memory would just fall out. As the side was already off the tower, I can look and see that it's not there! So now I'm told to take pictures from lots of angles showing the empty slots and send to the RMA department. I got told that IF customer service approves it and IF they have one in stock, they will send it out. I said no. You will call me back and I will drive over and pick one up as the store is 20 minutes from me. This was on Friday. It is now Tuesday. I have heard nothing. I called yesterday and still no call back. I had to pull from my computer at home to get the computer at work to turn on. After finding no RAM whatsoever, I wasn't even sure if I had an OS on the computer. Amazingly I do. But now I am super angry that I am out memory on my computer at home and they have my money for memory that should have been there in...
Read moreMy experience with Magic Micro was not a good one at all! To start , I ordered what I needed to build my first computer. My IT guy picked the pieces I needed and gathered them up at checkout and made the payment, easy enough right. Got confirmation through email all was good, so I thought . Three to four days later I haven't received anything about the order so I checked my bank and the money was still pending so I called them directly. A lady answered the phone , she stated her name was Elena. I asked about my order. She said they were busy picking the order and when it's built they would contact me. I was like no, it said in email 2 to 3 days if it's just parts and I paid for 2 Days shipping as well. She began to argue, "We don't send parts we build them here"! I answered well we didn't know that and why are you being rude. She argued more with much unprofessionalism. I then stated just refund my money and she said "already the payment cleared". I checked my bank and I was charged twice for the order. I called back she answered again. I explained to her she charged me twice for the computer. She hastly said it must been a glitch in the system. I advised her to fix it, 2,784 doubled isn't good to my account. Called my bank tried to explain and my card got locked had to wait on a new card. I did call back and spoke with a guy from assembly. He was real cool. He explained to me about there process and made me feel better about having them continue to build it for me, despite Elena's attitude. Meanwhile they are building my computer and I wait 5 more days and on the 26th, Elana upsale me on heat paste and heat shrouds around 108 bucks and waiting till August 2. I finally get my package just to find a huge puncture in the side of box. Very little packing in a thin box. 60 pound computer in just a thin box. Well driver was like it shouldn't hurt it. I open it up and big dent in side of my computer it was awful. My first real expensive computer just looking like a car crash. Contacted Elena and she sounded the same snarky that she will send a repareplace panel. I'm like will there be an email or time frame and like nothing but" yeah email," and hung up. Not a good experience at all. Had I knew this would be such a hassle I would not have purchased my computer there!! If someone is going to spend alot of money, your service should exceed that customers expectations. I'm still waiting on a replacement door for my computer hope they make it right. I will continue to write about my experience with Magic Micro computers and give full review on the PC...

First let me say I used to build my own computers. I'd spend a lot of time researching each component then ordering each and finally putting them all together. Why? Because I wanted my computer to customized the way I wanted.
Enter Magic Micro. They make customization EAZY! And they always include links to the web page of each component so doing in depth research is a snap.
Don't know anything about computers? No problem they have many machines in the store ready to go from bare bones, to high performance gaming machines and almost anything in between. And each of these can be customized with no hassle.
Got your eye on a particular machine but think you might need more RAM, no problem scroll down the page and just add more ram from the drop down. The best part here is nothing in the drop down will be incompatible with the rest of the machine! They have done all the work for you so only things that will work show! You don't have to know if the mother board will work with a ddr4 ram stick. If its listed it will work. All the pain has been eliminated.
|Are you a power user ? Want to build your machine from the ground up. They have you covered. Pick a bare bones machine and customize every single component. When you're done the store will create a new eBay page matching your exact specs and you can just hit “buy it now” and you're done.
Maybe your trying to figure out what mother board to get or what case you might need. They will provide all the links to go to the manufactures web site so you can easily read all about whatever you are looking at.
Once you're done, they put it together for you and test it. Then it arrives at your house ready to go. They also include all the instructions and disks that came with all your different components just in case you need them.
I have ordered my last 5 machines from Magic Micro and I'd never choose to look anywhere else. I'd give them 6 stars if that were an option.
Give them a try, you will not be...
