I would not do business with Elegant jewelers. They do not have an on site craftsman. We purchased a set of rings from them, the rings had to be sized so they had to be sent out to I don't know where? At the time of purchase I asked for an appraisal on the set of rings, I was told I could get that when I picked up the rings. Two weeks later when I picked up the rings, I was told they forgot that I wanted the appraisal, come back next week and they would have it for me. Came back the following week and was told they couldn't do it because their internet was down. Came back the following week and they couldn't do it because of illness. Went the next week and it was the week before Christmas and was told they couldn't do it because they had been so busy. I made phone calls, left messages NO one would return my calls. Over a month after my purchase I finally talked to the lady I purchased the rings from and she said she had 6 appraisals to do, she was doing taxes " I guess I'll have to stop doing taxes to do the appraisals and I'll have the appraisal for you next week." We'll see! You would think a business in a small community would do better at taking care of the customers, that was the reason that I went to them because I wanted to support a local business. Dont go here for jewelry repair because they only do soldering in-house, if you need more complicated repairs they will ship your jewelry some where else. They promised me that my ring will be fixed in two weeks, on the 12th day I called them and they said they haven't even started fixing them. I told them I just want them back but I cant because my jewelry isnt in the store anymore. I had to hassle them to get my jewelry back on time. The next day the stone next to the one they fixed fell off.

Update: Finally took my ring to another jeweler, and they charged me way less $$ (that included the cost of the stone). While I was charged $$$ at elegant treasures and I even provided the stone.

I will never come back. Too bad, I wanted to support them, just very bad...

I looked online to see when they opened. It says they open at 10am. I get here at 10am. The door says 10am. No one answer the phone and they are infact not open. I wait till 10:15am and bug suprise still not open. If you cant keep a schedule what on earth makes you think I would buy jewelry from you? I will never go...
