I am long overdue in putting this out there. I can't say enough about Mike, the technician at Freedom Appliance, but that he is AWESOME! Even though at the time I had a Home Warranty program with Sears (never again), I called Freedom Appliances to have my LG Refrigerator fixed. Sears came out 7 times and not one technician could pinpoint the problem. Mike came and actually pulled the refrigerator out and found that one of our lines was leaking. This line made our icemaker to stop working. It took a couple of times of Mike coming because something else would start acting up....the compressor. That was replaced and thank Heaven it was still covered under the LG Warranty. You will never go wrong by calling Freedom Appliances if you need service on any of your appliance. He is now my go to man! Great, great customer service all the way around!! Thanks Mike and Sarah for everything! Here's hoping that we get another 10 years out of our LG Refrigerator.

After wrestling with some companies that were a bit closer to where we live and getting absolutely nowhere, I was put in touch with Freedom Appliance. They were actually recommended by the manufacturer of our refrigerator (LG). The unit needed a new compressor. They answered the phone right away. No recording or voicemail (love that). Denise was great. Got us scheduled for work that very day. And Mike came out when promised and had the new compressor installed in about an hour. Pricing was way better than estimates I got from any other company. And they outlined all of my options, as far as working with LG through the warranty process. Thank you so very much for the awesome repair on our LG refrigerator. When Sara explained to me they had compressors on hand and the repair would be at the time of service that was comforting to know our refrigerator would be repaired asap. No waiting for someone to come back and schedule another appointment was a huge relief when your refrigerator is broken. I spoke to Sara this morning and she scheduled us for our repair within 2 days. I received a text message and she said the technician was close by and finished early for the day and said he would be happy to come right then to repair our refrigerator. I was more than thrilled. Mike came and repaired our fridge within an hour we were good as new. Very professional and very organized. We will definitely use Freedom Appliance again...
