Ordered a to-go order tonight and it was the worst experience. First, it was barely after 5 pm and they were already out of ribeyes. Then, we get the food home and realized we were missing multiple items and one of the items we ordered was just wrong, so we went back up. They ā€œpopped back inā€ the missing flatbread pizza, they ā€œscrappedā€ the sour cream out of ONE of three baked potatoes, left the other two alone after we said we ordered plain potatoes, we expected to get new ones all together, and these were supposed to be mashed potatoes, but they were out, and instead of letting us know, they just chose the side for us. We probably would’ve picked something different. The filet mignon steaks were rock hard and well done when they were ordered medium-rare. 95% of this food hit the trash as it wasn’t edible and a waste of $137 + $30 tip. This will be the last time we ever get food from here. Maybe they should’ve decided to just be another bar for this town with regular bar food.

I guess they haven't had their grand opening yet, but this is the second worst restaurant experience I've had. The people are friendly but the service is incredibly poor. Half of what we ordered we were told 10 minutes later they were out of. We waited 20 minutes to order and over an hour for food, and then we only got half of the tables order, with not untensils or condiments. My wife approached servers but was ignored. And as for the food, my son ordered a 12 oz steak and the steak he got was lucky to be 6oz. He was told it cooked out. That must have been a very very fatty piece of steak. My other son never got his side. Just wow. I can see the sunk a lot of money into the place. And it will probably be fun for live music. But for food. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

Twelve minutes after we were seated, my companion nudged the hostess. The waitress came and got our drink order. Food arrived >30 minutes from the time the order was placed. The chicken strips were overcooked but not hot. The fries were cold. The steak was actually pretty good - better than TX Roadhouse but not quite as good as LongHorn. The steak was tender enough to be cut with just a butter knife, which was a damned good thing because a butter knife was all I had to cut it with. They were not terribly busy, so none of this was attributable to that. It's hard to judge from a sample size of one, so I'll probably give them one additional try at some point before I add them to the DNR list.

Brought my Mom here for her 84th birthday. By the the time we got our food we were celebrating her 85th. For 30 minutes our party of 7 waited in front of massive window with the hot sun beating through (put some damn shades up!) blocking the entrance, there was no other place to to sit and wait. Do the three barrels at the entrance have a purpose besides a leaning spot for the greeter? Lot of wait seating lost there. Even some benches outside would of been nice. Once we got our tiny table, (buy a building support post and a wall), we had to rearrange it to make everyone fit and stay out of walking paths. We got uncomfortably settled in, and was ready to make our drink order but our waitress disappeared into the glaring sun light and didn't return for 10+ minutes. Drinks arrived 20 minutes after we ordered them. 4 different appetizers ordered, each came out one at a time, with the last one showing up the same time our meal shows up. I had high expectations the fries would be served hot, how silly of me to expect that. By now, I would of liked to order another drink but no waitress to be found. Maybe she did walk by, I just couldn't see her because of the glaring sun coming through those huge windows (put some damn shades up!) I had the double patty cheese burger... if that was cooked "medium", I'd hate to see "well done". I had to wash it down with a lot ketchup, since I had nothing to drink. The bun was good, ya nail it there. It was great being cramped at a small table visiting with my family very close to a missive stage, we cringed as they did ear blistering feed back sound checks, at least I didn't have to listen to my family. Why are all the tall bar style tables on the other side of the room? Shouldn't they be by the bar/stage/ pool tables, and family dining further away from the stage, maybe away from those huge windows. (Put some...

We eat out 4-5 times a week, so I feel I can give a helpful review. The Positives: ā¤ļø Hostess was very friendly ā¤ļøNice atmosphere & decor ā¤ļø The appetizer of 3 sliders were yummy.

Now, for the 😬 *The other appetizer ordered was not a ā€œwowā€ … Truffle Fries. They were crispy, but that was it! *The Menu descript was way off on them being special vs tasted like plain French Fries at a very high -price. .. not worth the $$ at all. Service: *Our waitress was sweet, looked like she was doing something, but not sure for what or whom (as it was not crowded.) *The Waitress should know what drinks are offered. ( beer brands, ect) … however, we WAITED ā° for her to find out. Drinks should be brought out BEFORE food arrives at table . (at least water) We WAITED AGAIN ā° Waitress should double check plates to make sure they are accurate as the menu states. (ie: truffle fries/ missing the special famous sauce- WAITED AGAIN ā° *Waitress should make sure all condiments are on table before/ or quickly after the food arrives ie: catsup/ especially for fries & burgers. Again, we had to ask & WAIT ā° She did drop off blue condiment box, but unfortunately there was no salt in the box, we ate without, as our food was getting cold. The Waitress should always ask if we need a ā€œto go box ā€œ when she sees leftover food ( FF) on the plate …but we had to ask… AGAIN WAITED ā°, ā° … & then she apologized for the long wait … as she said forgot! We think that is what also happened to our bill, so when she did come by with the to go box - I just gave her the Credit Card … well , she either forgot again, or misplaced the cc as she had to apologize for that delay too!

Seriously, Muti tasking as the other waitress next to us was doing, would have solved many issues & downfalls in...

I understand growing pains in a new buisness, from what I can tell there wasn't much training to servers or kitchen. Ordered chicken tenders, a filet, and a steak sandwich. 35 mins later we were told they were out of chicken tenders, so we ordered sliders instead. Food came out 10 mins later. Sliders came out 15 mins later. Instead of a medium filet my wife got a well done sirloin. Our teenage server couldn't see what was wrong with it. Instead of waiting another 30 mins for another one. We had them take it off the ticket and my wife just ate one of my grandsons sliders. After thay our waitress started acting irritated. When I asked for the check it came out incorrect. Showing we were charged for the thing they didnt have Instead of what we got. I pointed out the discrepancy and was told by a second server it was tax. So I had to explain to two servers how taxes work, when they went to fix it they brought it back and it still wasn't correct. Our waitress at this point was for some reason throwing a temper tantrum, a manager explained what happened fixed it. I paid and left. Im not angry even though it was a terrible experience. Im mostly disappointed, warrenton needs variety. I really had my hopes up. Invest in some service training and kitchen training. I really hope this...
