I HOPE THE MANAGER READS THIS UNHELPFUL SALES STAFF Salesmen seem completely uninterested in assisting customers. I don't know if I've ever felt so brushed off in my life. Customer service was so terrible I submitted an inquiry with Deer Valley online for more information. HERE'S THE BEST PART... because I have an out of state area code, I was referred to a salesman who could not help me. HOWEVER, he suggested this location in Warrior given I live in Alabama. I IMMEDIATELY shared my experience and he then shared his own terrible experience at The Home Place in Warrior, AL when he was shopping for his own Deer Valley home. (he visited this location because of their large selection) He said if he was the manager he'd "FIRE THE WHOLE SALES STAFF!"

I couldn't agree more. Your sales numbers aren't good because you have exceptional staff, your numbers are good because of your product.

Awful experience and will buy...

I just got off the phone with Home Place and I am very displeased with my experience. I called to inquire about a certain modular home my husband and I were interested in and the lady that I spoke with seemed to care less about answering my questions. I asked her very simple financing questions, (finance in house or lend through banks) and I also asked about how down payments usually work and she seemed so confused by the question?! Like why are you even asking me that question... I just felt during the entire conversation that I asked very complex questions or that I was asking stupid questions! I was so fed up dealing with the lady that I seem to have interrupted so I hung up. I expected someone who was very friendly and helpful and in turn I got the opposite. We will take our business to someone else who would actually like to help us and get...

We had excellent service and help with picking out our home. They were amazing at answering our many questions that my wife and I had. They walked us through the the process very easily. The set up was clean and quickly after the house was delivered. The only complaint we have had is the company they hire to do their air conditioning services. We have had a hard time getting them to come out and set up things and now we are having problems with our unit and can’t get anyone to come out...
