I've been a Penguin Point fan since the mid-1960's, but not anymore. I was stopping in 3 or 4 times a year just to see if the new owners changed it back to being the great fast-food restaurant it once was. The short answer is NO, and I'm done with them. In a few short years they managed to ruin what was the best fast-food restaurant in the area. Stale, crumbling buns that give each sandwich a bad taste. Overcooked, burnt chicken with soggy breading that's dripping in grease and served with a compressed flat piece of bread (not the traditional dinner roll and butter) that's burnt black on one side. Did I mention the half-teaspoon of watery gravy? It's probably a blessing that Wally Stouder is no longer around to see what they did to his restaurant. RIP...
