This place is a joke honestly, and it’s all because of my encounter with one of the managers. I had an issue with my food because it wasn’t even cooked fully, and the nice waitress explained that she would run and grab the manager for me. To my surprise, I see this ratty, red-haired specimen crawl over to my table. He reeked of some unknown odor and appeared as if he hadn’t washed in days. “Uh are you the manager,” I questioned him while I was observing him. He exclaimed through his yellow, grotesque teeth that he was indeed in an annoyed manner. I explained what was wrong with my food, and all he did was sigh and said that I was being a baby. He ended up doing nothing about my situation, and he just walked away just to probably be lazy in the break room. What a dweeb! Never returning here again if that’s what the management is like. This place is going to be in shambles soon. My kids wanted me to go beat his scrawny @$$ in the parking lot but I wasn’t going to stoop to that level.

Hacienda used to be pretty good food. Was 3x the price of taco bell but 10x as bad. The chips tasted old and like rotted grease. The salsa is more like a ground up can of tomatoes. The $10.00 nachos were mostly chips with maybe 1/4 cup of meat and possibly 1/4 cup other toppings combined. The tomatoes tasted rotten and what they guacamole is beyond sad. Quesadilla was $7.49 for a little cheese on a warmed Tortilla. It did have more cheese on the outside but nothing warranting $7.49! The steak fajitas were the best. At least in look. It didn't taste anywhere near as okay as it looked. Needless to say we did not finish our food and left still hungry. If you are used to crappie food for a crazy price this place is for you. If you know what good food taste like and expect your money's worth...do yourself a favor and find another place to eat. I eat out regularly and travel full-time I can say this is the most disappointing place I have eaten.

Group of four, on a Tuesday, 11:30. Could not not have asked for better service or lunch food. Chips were warm and fresh, each person had their own tasty salsa dish (appreciate this - no double dip worries), and all four very happy with their menu choice and quality. 3 frozen Margaritas and 1 special mixed were all very smooth and just right. The fajita salads were a great surprise and would order one again!

Hacien-don't My husband and I have driven past this place many times and decided to give it a try because it always looked crowded. Should have stayed away. We were put off when we walked in and the host told us that the "cantina" would be quieter than the restaurant. "There are kids in the restaurant." It wasn't until we sat down in the cantina that we realized she was wrong. Loud music and tvs on all around. Meh. No biggie... Then, because I was driving, my husband asked for a margarita. Our server said, "Too bad the frozen strawberry ones aren't on special." My husband explained he wanted a traditional on the rocks. She asked, "What kind?" And then she got all huffy when he repeated, "Just a regular margarita." She then told him whatever the Hacienda name is for that. "Great. I'll have that." Then she asked what tequila. "Cuervo Gold." "Grand Marnier or Cointreau?" "No thanks," said my husband. This started a five minute truly bizarre exchange where she told him he HAD to have one or the other. Now, my guy was a bartender back in the day. Specialty? Margaritas. And here was this server treating him like an idiot. He finally said, "Forget it. I'll have a soda." She rolled her eyes and said, "Fine." Later she came back to say he would be able to get it however he wanted. But that she was just telling him how it would taste good. (Um ok. But isn't that for the customer to decide?) He said, "Nope. The margarita ship has sailed." That wasn't all. I ordered shrimp fajitas and he ordered steak. Our food came out... 2 orders of steak fajitas. When I explained to the new server, she told me, "No. She has 2 steak fajitas here." I explained that I haven't eaten red meat for 17 years. She got huffy and said, "So you're NOT going to eat the steak?" No. Husband's steak fajitas are about 90% onion! I wish I had taken a photo of it. It was seriously like half an onion. By this time, we were giggling like fools. It was like some weird scene out of a sit com. While waiting for my correct order, we heard our server telling the bartender some story about a previous customer calling the cops on her because her service was so bad. What?! Hilarious. So maybe we just had bad luck with the service. (She really was terrible. And I wonder how much of her spit I ate.) Food was only ok. Think a lesser TGIF with a pseudo Mexican theme. Salsa was sort of sweet, not spicy, and textured like tomato paste. Everything was just blah. Overall, the experience was bad enough to turn us off of this chain for good. So, unless you want an absurd experience with blah food,...

Was seated well and in orderly fashion. But that was the end of the good service. Was seated with two adults and three children at one of the large round tables. When the waitress came she asked us if there was more coming and when we said their was not she sighed and said she did not know why they had put us there. When my daughter asked for a kids menu she told her she would be back. And when she came back she did not have one and when we asked she said it was on the back of the big menu. When we ordered my wife and I ordered first and then whemy daughter ordered the chickin strips, she informed us they were out. Now they just opened for the day and we were the first group seated so they should not have ran out. I said that the chicken fingers are the only thing that my children like and she said ok do we want her to put in the rest of the order. I told her not right now we have to figure out what we would be doing. She left and I asked my kids if they wanted anything else or to go somewhere elsdollar d they wanted to leave so we told the hates that came to the table. He then asked why we told him nd he said the could give us boneless wings for the kids the ahare but would have to pay extra for fries. I said i sent understand the kids meals come with fries. He said the wings did not so we qouldhaveto pay extra. When I said that it did not make since that I would have to buy extra fries when they were out of something the waitress then said in going to get the manager to handle it. The manager then said that the delivery truck was out of them or something along those lines. She then sidthe seething the other guy said about the fries and wings. I said if they were going to makeme by extra for fries because they are out if chicken fingers and make my kids share a plate when they are 7 years apart, and the waitress was rude from the start, we would just be leaving because it has now been 20 min to figure this out and I had to go to be in bed in an hour now for my night shift. She said ok and we left.

I think its pretty bed to fight with a customer over 2...

This place could have a lot going for it. It is nice and clean, and the wait staff is friendly and attentive. The only problem is the food ranges from terrible to barely passable, all except for the guacamole, which was actually very good.

First thing is the salsa. It tastes like canned tomato sauce, metallic taste and all, with almost no other flavor. They offered cheese sauce or ranch for the chips, and we turned it down, not expecting the salsa to be so bad. Then there is the menu. It had almost nothing you would expect from an authentic Mexican restaurant. No chile verde, no tamales, no chili rellenos, etc. I ended up ordering a pork chimichanga, with my hopes of enjoying it very low. When it came, I tasted the guacamole first. It was actually quite good. I then hated the rice. It was flavorful, but not traditional. I then tasted the beans. They were awful. I have no idea how to describe them. Watery, and they had a strange taste to them. Almost sweet. Finally, I tasted the chimi. It was good at first, and I was surprised, but as I kept eating it, I ran into a large mass of over spiced meat. Also, the pico de gallo had no cilantro in it, but did have jalapenos in it. Very strange, and I am not a fan of raw jalapeno, because it tastes like grass to me, so I would have passed had I known.

I waffled between giving two and three stars, because two seems low, since there were some good things, but three seemed high, since the food ranks as being in the bottom three Mexican food restaurants I've ever eaten at in the whole country. I settled on two because the overall rating of this place is way to high, and it needs to be...
