Received a sales flyer in the mail. Went in to the store the next day to buy a 20 ton press. After getting a ticket for the item from the display (which usually means it is in stock - or else why is there a ticket?). I went to the counter and she said they had 4 in stock. The guy went back to get it and said they did not have any 'complete' ones in stock. Seems that they get so many returns for missing or wrong parts that they take the parts from other ones. leaving boxes only partly complete. I asked when they would have more in and the cashier acted like she could have cared less. "A truck comes next Tuesday but there is no guarantee that there will be any on the truck. So let me get this straight.... Advertise something on sale, don't have any in stock, and have NO IDEA when any will be in stock. WOW. I bet they will have plenty of then when they go back to the regular price. Thanks for wasting my time,...
Read moreManager refused to honor in store price. I showed the ad and they wanted to draw out the process. Staff under the manager's supervision also chimed in. I was told this had to be ordered online and that I would have to pay shipping. This sale cannot be ordered online. Staff are not qualified to work in a retail environment. Manager also refused to cancel my annual subscription that was purchased days before. It would have been an easier experience if the manager would have honored the price and stopped talking in circles. I asked a dozen times to give the in store price so i could leave. Read moreThat place is on top of the game of ripping people off. They keep running sales that are the same to get better placement on Google. Their fine print can't be seen when blown up on a cell phone. You can only use one coupon, on one item and the item pretty much can't cost more than $50. The tools are junk and good only for a person that uses it once in a while. They keep trying to sell you warranties for that reason. A hobbyist never uses it enough to wear them out and a pro won't tolerate the junk because it costs them to much money. I have went there at least 6 different times at different stores to never get a good deal or what I wanted. I will never go there and I will not make the owners rich by lying and trying to rip me off buy spending a lot of...
