IN FEB 20 I BOUGHT A WINCHESTER GUN SAFE ON SALE. I HAD NO WAY TO GET IT HOME SO AT THE TIME "LISA" WAS MANAGING THE STORE. ROB WAS THE HELPER AND TOOK CARE OF THE BACK WAREHOUSE. LISA TOLD ME ITS PAID AND THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM IN THE BACK AND THE SAFE COULD STAY AS LONG AS I WANTED. ON THE SAFE WAS TAPED MY INFORMATION INCLUDING THE PHONE NBR AND MY GERMAN SHEPHERD "BUDDY'S" EVERYONE KNEW BUDDY IN THE STORE. THEN CORONA HIT! NOBODY REALLY WANTED TO PICK UP MY SAFE. DURING CORONA I WOULD RUN IN WITH BUDDY FOR JUST DOG FOOD. ROB WOULD TELL ME BUDDY'S SAFE IS IN THE BACK. WELL SOMETHING HAPPENED AND LISA WAS LET GO. ROB FROM IN THE BACK WAS ALSO GONE. I FINALLY GOT A FRIEND WITH A TRUCK TO PICK UP THE SAFE. I WENT IN WITH MY RECEIPT TO GET THE SAFE. LOW AND BEHOLD! IT WAS GONE ALONG WITH THE OTHER COPY OF MY RECEIPT ATTACHED. NOBODY KNEW WHERE MY SAFE WAS. THE NEW GUY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I HAD 2 HEADS. NOBODY WOULD DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE DAY MGR. CAME IN ON MONDAY. WELL MON. TUES. PAST AND THEN WED AFTNN. I GET A CALL FROM THE NEW MGR. BRIAN I THINK. HE STATES HE HAS A SAFE FOR ME TO PICK UP. TODAY 08/09/20 I GO THERE WITH MY FRIEND. TURNS OUT IM GETTING THE FLOOR SAFE. NOT A NEW ONE IN A CARTON AND STILL ON A TRANSPORT PALLET. THE NEW CREW HAS'NT A CLUE. AT LEAST ROB AND LISA KNEW ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR WORD WAS THEIR BOND. THE NEW MGR. AND RON THAT NOW WORKS THE BACK ARE IN THE CLOUDS. NO THINKING OUT OF THE BOX WITH...

Called ahead and was told by Kody, who answered the phone, that they had the mower tire I needed. I explained that I was equidistant between two Tractor Supply locations and didn't want to backtrack to the other one, preferring to support my local stores.

When I arrived 15 minutes later they didn't have it. On a Saturday in the springtime, they had only one employee on the floor and the manager. Employee was chatting to a customer about someone's injury, and didn't even acknowledge me as I said, "Pardon me" to pass by in the aisle they are blocking, though the customer did acknowledge me. The manager was scanning things when I passed her and only spoke to me after I spoke to her.

Not a great visit, I'll be going to the larger location from now on even though it is further...

Giving a big shoutout and 5 stars to Finni and Donna, as well as Cadence! My daughter and I drove a couple hours to the Warsaw Tractor Supply store, in order to get the chicken coop, she wanted, as they were sold out at the Tractor Supply close to us.

Cadence made sure to hold onto the item, Finni checked us out with fantastic customer service and smile! Donna was fantastic as well! She used the forklift and very carefully, placed the coop into my daughter’s van. Exceptional customer service, going above and beyond! Please, thank these amazing employees for us!
