Walgreens — Local services in Warsaw

Friday I had to load money on my card and get paper products. I retrieved my items and went to the register stood a few seconds and hit the little bell. I heard a voice that said I'll be right there, I said ok. The cashier came up greeted me and asked how I was doing, we joked about how wonderful the weather was compared to the few days before and we laughed and talked like we were great friends. When I have a problem and my doctor phones in a prescription I would expect it to be filled the same day... not a day later after a 30 minute wait. There is always a line. Please hire another pharmacist so the pharmacy doesn't have to shut down for lunch.. and open the other register when 6 or 7 people are waiting for their medications. An extra pharmacist would also help with the backlog of folks waiting for...

This Walgreens needs help. There is always a line waiting at the pharmacy and, except for the pharmacists, personnel needs to have a better attitude when serving the public. The phone system also needs improving. On 3 different occasions I have been disconnected before finally getting through to the pharmacy. Or have been put on hold for as much as 10 to 15 minutes before hanging up. Why did they ever get rid...
