Food Lion — Local services in Warsaw

Love this store but highly disappointed in my daughter's 3rd birthday cake. Picked it up the morning of the party the girl at the bakery stated she didn't know who made the cake but that they did a horrible job. Never offered to fix it or anything didn't even get an I'm sorry. Went to check out and the girl who was working the register said how bad of a job they did on the cake and offered to get the manager which the manager working at the time didn't have time to help me and he was being awfully rude to other customers. I was just looking for someone to be able to help me get it fixed before the party. My daughter was disappointed in the way the cake looked. Have bought all my cakes here before and never had a problem guess I will have to take my service elsewhere to make sure that if anything goes wrong I can get proper...

I’ve had mostly positive experiences here. The managers do an amazing job. They are very alert to your needs and super fast to help you when you approach them with an issue. Once one of the managers overhead me telling my daughter that she would have to share a carton of eggnog with her siblings because there was only one on the shelf, and he told me that there were more in the back and voluntarily went back there and got another one for me. The Food Lion to Go service has been an AMAZING addition to the store and I use it frequently. While the employees are still learning and have only made a couple of mistakes, most of our orders have been accurate and super fast. I feel like this is the best Food Lion...

I love this location but without fail my fruits and veggies consistently go off within a day or two. I had an unfortunate incident wherein I grabbed a bag of baby carrots, went to the cashier, and had her tell me to go get a new bag since the one I had was gone off and filled with slime. I went to go grab another after thanking her since I thought it was a fluke only to find all of the bags that way. I recently bought two containers of strawberries and within two days they were completely covered in mold. I’ll continue to get many of my other groceries here (especially since the customer service is so good) but will probably seek buying my produce elsewhere unless I’m immediately...
