Gym was good when I went. BUT throughout the COVID-19 pandemic I have had my account frozen multiple times due to concerns of safety. I called in April to freeze my account and was asked to be called to see how I was feeling about unfreeze my account before it was unfrozen, this call never happened and I was charged in July for my next monthly membership. When I called in August I explained to Luke that I would like my account frozen again due to COVID-19 and that no one called me about my membership unfreezing in July and I was charged for that month.. he said that was fine to freeze again and was only comfortable freezing it for 2 month (through October) and also told me he would call me back after speak with his boss the following week about refunding my August payment since it was suppose to be frozen already, never received that call. Yesterday another payment was taken from my account. when I looking into it I was never refunded my August payment. I called today and was told they only froze my account for the month of Oct. they told me I was confused and they would refund me the last month only and cancelled my account but would waive theyre 30 day notice fee. I was not impressed with how they attempted to resolve this situation when it was their staff that messed up the billing and lack of communication on their end. the person who has the ability to freeze my account hasn't been able to contact me for over two weeks. I haven't been in MN for two weeks now and was told by a worker she would call and contact me multiple times. I have had money taken from my account when I made them aware I wasn't going to be in the state for a couple months due to a family emergency. So now I'm going to switch banks, just to avoid these thieves . I was also told I would be signed up for 21.99 only to find out they signed me up for 24.99. pretty silly how these small town folks will just take your money illegally and not even respond to a members needs. In a town of 10,000 people this gym has everything you need and then some. The gym hasnt ever been crowded since I've been there but they have a wide variety of machines and free weights! Also Ryder is a great help if you have any questions or need help achieving your goals. There are constantly promotional deals going on at the gym as well.
