My daughter l wife, and I were in town visiting Rowan University for her birthday when we needed an emergency iPhone repair. went in completley hopeless on walking away with a phone, was in desperate need of a new phone the day i went in, i spent a total of 20 minutes in cellbox, and walked out with a brand new phone for cheap, AN AMAZING DEAL, was also provided a screen protector. aside from repairs, i just so happen to run into a life saver for pre-owned phones for sale. the phone is in PERFECT condition. i spent less than 200$ today on a new iphone XR , case, and carrier. Cell box is the best device repair store. If you like excellent customer service this is the place. I went to the Metro T mobile store that sold me the phone to help me transfer files to my SD card. Their knowledge of thier own phones was lacking, they were more interested in selling me a new phone. I then went to I tradz phone repair, the tech there told me he would have to use his computer app to do the transfer but its not working right now. Come back in a week. I then called CELL BOX. Problem solved in 2 minutes. Taj....you are the best! Im no longer frustrated and he taught me how to navigate my phone in about 2 minutes. Why can't everywhere be like this?
