Have been there about three times and the food is really good. The inside is very clean and stylish plenty of seating, everything is new. I like that you can see the food that you’re ordering. The staff has always been very nice and working hard. The thing that I noticed is it takes one cook a long time to prepare one item in the cooking area that is in transferred to the presentation area in a round metal bowl for customers to choose from. They have a drive-through and they also have a very steady walk-in business. Last time I was there on a Sunday and when I walked in it wasn’t very busy, but there was a lot of main dishes that were almost empty so I had to wait about 20 or 25 minutes For them to prepare two bowls of fresh pepper, chicken, and sesame chicken. There was a shift manager who helped cook the food as there was only one other person doing the cooking. When it gets busy, I noticed that is it takes time for one cook to replenish the food, especially with the drive-through and people walking in. Because the food on display is also being used for the drive-through the popular items go very quick and get depleted. This location has good service and great food. They seem to give very good portions. If you’re ordering the bowl with one entrée and one side choice it can feed one person easily and possibly two people. The Plate comes with the two entrées and one side and can easily feed two people. Choosing the bigger plate will easily feed two people or more. I feel like the plate or bigger plate or a great value especially if two people are sharing. I would order three of the bigger plates versus the family meal. You’ll get it about the same amount of food just a little bit cheaper and you’ll have more choices of entrees and sides. Highly recommend this place. Delicious American...
Read moreI’d give negative stars if possible. My Husband & I ATTEMPTED to dine in. We were there for more than 5 mins before being acknowledged by any of the 5 employees who were in the food area. We were the only customers at the counter. We asked for a bowl & platter w/white rice & were told there was no white rice for 20 mins. We were told we couldn’t place an order (even though willing to pay full price, and told the employee that) w/o choosing side that we said would just be wasted. With so much poverty in our country, it’s appalling to see a food establishment that would rather have you waste food (we told them if we ordered a side, it would just be thrown in the trash because we don’t eat the other sides) because they don’t know how to enter an order without a side selected. Yes, we could’ve just gotten the entree as sides but that would’ve been more expensive and more food than we wanted. Staff was rude, ignorant and unhelpful. The employee just stood there staring without saying a word. My husband gave them a few choice words and we left. They lost a sale. It’s not just this location that is awful, it’s the Sicklerville store as well. We go to the Sicklerville store more frequently as it’s closer to our house. Terrible. Most of the employees at that location are equally as rude as well. They’re always out of something and often not replenishing food for the night - even if it’s at 6PM! Panda Express corporation might pride themselves on certain values but it’s pretty clear that those values haven’t trickled down to these 2...
Read moreI ordered the bigger plate with orange chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and steak, apple pie rolls and a side of the mixed greens.
As you can see from the picture, the items on the bigger plate are delicious.
The apple pie rolls are delicious 😋.
The greens are always flavorful and fresh.
So, I guess you are wondering why the low overall score. Well, I love the greens but every time you go you have to wait for them to prepare them. Which usually isn't a problem because they are so good so I don't mind waiting.
This time is the person filling my order never put the greens in my bag. I got all the way home to realize part of my order was missing.
I go back and I say my greens were missing from my bag. The woman at the counter was gracious and made another one no problem. The girl who packed my order comes back to the counter and I say to her you forgot to put my greens in the bag and she looks at me as if she had never seen me before. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge her mistake.
She goes to speak to the woman working the drive-thru and I can tell they're having a conversation about me and they're acting like it's not a big deal. That's where I have a problem. It is a big deal for me. Keep in mind I live about 25 minutes away so it's not like it's around the corner.
Poor customer service interaction for sure. I love the greens so I definitely will continue to patronize Panda Express, but not at...
