Flying Festivals of Warren County — Local services in Washington Township

I drove 2 hours with My kids to see a mass hot air balloon launch. Nothing happened!!! No balloons went up after waiting and waiting. They made an extremely poor atempt and then just started packing the balloons up. Are you kidding me? The festival was the worst excuse of a festival I ever saw. Paid $30 for my family for nothing! Waste of time. Just a heads up- For the price of the tickets you get nothing . There was barely anything to do here. You even had to pay extra to let your kids go on a bouncy house or a tiny obstacle course. Absolutely ridiculous- never have been to a place with so little to do. We come here every year for the last three years. Last year the balloons didn't go up. We still had fun. There's chalks, legos, bubble bottles for the kids to play with. We bought a kite from home and flew it. There wasn't a lot of wind which is why the balloons lifted off that day. There was also mini golf for the kids. I wish my son still cares about the hot air balloons because I still find it magical. There's plenty of farms around for picking fruits so that's where we went before this festival. We still had fun. Why do they open at 2:00p? Nothing happening and few lacking displays and annoying salespeople. Food trucks not even all open at 3:00p? Workers have no clue about schedule which was not detailed on website! No balloons at all were there at 4:15 when we had enough and left. Should not be called a festival!
