The NOW Massage Dublin — Local services in Washington Township

As someone who has been a member here for 2.5 years, I have been nothing but frustrated the last couple months of my membership. My last experience was horrible. I was not notified that my massage therapist I had been seeing was not in that day and instead after I checked in, I was put on someone else’s schedule. It would’ve been nice to be made aware of this so I could’ve rescheduled. Not only was I not notified of this, it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. It was the lightest pressure and didn’t provide any relaxation. I don’t even feel like I had a massage. She also didn’t focus on anything I had asked her to.

Anytime I had brought a guest with me in the past, they had been charged member pricing since they came with me. My guest I brought this last time was charged full price. This was frustrating as this had not happened once in the last 2.5 years.

Cancelling your membership at The Now is nothing short of frustrating. No response in over 48 hours. No member of management has reached out regarding cancellation or frustration with last experience. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. Ok, so this place is new, and let me tell you, it's a great business, Jonny knows how to use his hands and stretch you out to relieve pain hrs incredible. The front office employees are also great some things you need to know though. Just like most massage places, they do not take FSA visa or master cards. You will need to pay for it and ask for reimbursement from your savings account. Also, this is a little different from most massage places in the states. The rooms are only divided by a curtain you can not see through but can hear the next area very easy so to limit that they have a peaceful ocean sound loop playing. The advantage is it's very relaxing. The disadvantage is that you can't really talk too loud to your masseuse, but you should be relaxing anyway, haha. OMG! I’ve had great massages before, but this place… WOW. The NOW Massage is on another level. Everything from the calming atmosphere to the aesthetic of the space felt surreal. I’ve never been in a place quite like it. And let me tell you… I experienced something I didn’t even know was possible; a full-on "emotional release"!
