Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

When this Starbucks opened a few months ago I was thrilled. My 4 yr old daughter and I would ride our bikes there after work. We did this every few days for the last 6-8 weeks. Now they are inconsistently closed and don't bother even putting their hours up. It was 6:20pm today and they were closed. We've been regularly coming at this time and there have always been other customers too. All the other Starbucks who graciously post their hours say at least open till 7pm. Unfortunately this issue is self perpetuating. We'll no longer ever go to this Starbucks for fear they'll be closed. Really disappointing. Starbucks on Frantz Rd is a really nice place to stop by for a drink or to get some work done. The service is always fast, and the workers are friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit pleasant. The seating is comfortable with plenty of space to relax, catch up with friends, or focus on your laptop.

This Starbucks is always super busy with the pickup and mobile orders especially in the weekday mornings. And they have a crowded dine-in during weekends. Despite too many orders ahead, the workers in the store were putting in their full effort to deliver everything on time. Kudos to them.
