Two Drills to help you drive your knee up instead of swinging your lead leg over the hurdle. Rain Dance: Leg at a 90 degree angle toe up and knee up and drive that knee up and pop the foot back down keep the toe up .. You want to aim to have that knee inline with your foot and the middle of the hurdle. I recommend 3 sets of 10 in your warm up Marching : Just like rain dance you are driving the knee up and tow up 90 degree angle .. and pop it back down keep the toe up and use he knee as your lead not your foot.
