Worst service provided by "Eric" and the so called store manager "Brandon" at the Turnersville NJ location. My wife had an appointment with Sam, who has always treated us with respect and is great at what he does. But when she got there they had him double booked, so this associate Eric helped her. This was supposed to be an easy transaction. Our bill is ridiculous so she was dropping the TV portion and just keeping the Internet. When she got home we had no Internet service at our home. She called Eric and he immediately blamed it on us having our own equipment, which by the way has worked fine the past year and is a mesh network. After back and forth the so called store manager Brandon gets on the phone and again tells us it's our equipment. Well we caught them in a lie. My wife logged into her account and it said an order was pending. Here this associate Eric cancelled all of our service and put an order in to have Internet turned on. Why just why???? So we called back again, told the store manager, and he wouldn't even own up to the error. Just said "oh sometimes that happens" and informs us there is nothing he can do on his end and we need to call customer service. Probably because it was getting close to the store closing and he just wanted to go home. Unreal. This whole event started at 515pm. Now it was 8pm and my wife was on hold for an hour just for a online employee on the customer service desk to force the order through. Finally at 930pm we were back online. Unbelievable! Ridiculous! Oh and our self owned equipment works fine! All lies from Brandon and Eric! Brandon did not take ownership of the error and should not be the store manager. And Eric, he was rude the whole time and the store should reconsider having him help customers. And you wonder why most hate Comcast. Customer service...
Read moreGood evening Fit family. I visited after my incredible and dynamite workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Washington Township, Sewelll, NJ. I had just visited the Dunkin prior to coming here. The Dunkin on 2801 NJ-42, Sicklerville, NJ. I arrived and I was greeted by one of the employees, who was a hostess, Lee Ann. Lee Ann checked me in and then I waited. Not for long. Chris, who arrived from out of the rest room, called me over. I explained my issue and he proceeded to assist me. I told him that I no longer wanted cable. I described my issue to him, only wanting Channels 3, 6, 10 and the major channels, not the cable channels like HOME BOX OFFICE, Prism, etc. Chris took care of my issue and thank goodness, my bill will now be reduced and that is a great thing to me. Everything in life is so HIGH and I am cutting corners anyway and anyhow that I can. My interaction with Chris Moser took about fifteen (15) minutes literally. I was literally in and out of there very quickly. I loved that I could drink my decaf coffee and sit down while I was discussing my issue with Chris. The issue that I described was effective immediatelly and my next bill in November 2025 will reflect that. I had a good experience here today and I would definitely return. Read moreThe fact that my mother was paying $244 a month I was not pleased. it's been over a year and a half but now that I'm the executor of the will she no longer has Comcast or Xfinity or whichever one you are now I've been a member since it was Suburban cable that's how far I go back I don't understand why you exploit the elderly people.... I dropped off the boxes and the people in the store in Washington Township are phenomenal they did everything they could to get the bill down.... props to the Washington Township store for having bedside Manner and wonderful people skills. I even took papers for my mother was in the hospital with covid and then in a nursing home for two months with covid-19 gets a bill for $800 8 $4 to be exact and they could only get it down to three ninety-nine and that's only cuz I returned all the equipment she didn't know she had a box in the closet she was paying for nobody told her anything. They mailed her one box she hooked it up but the other one in the box and put it in the closet.... please feel free to contact me I would like to speak to somebody...
