ITI Computers — Local services in Washington Township

It’s hard to find a dependable business these days, especially after the last time I serviced my computer at a third party shop I found my laptop to be filled with viruses. I was hesitant to try this place after reading another review - but I decided to try out ITI after I couldn’t find a solution for my troubles online. Don’t know what the other guy was talking about - best decision I made! Rapid turn around, courteous and fixed my issue at a fair price. Definitely will be doing more business here in the future, especially due to my oaf of a son consistently breaking things (including my laptop)...

ITI is not just dependable, they are the only shop I trust to fix all of my computer issues moving forward. My laptop was giving me a ton of trouble and I needed it for my exams last week. Of course, I bought a warranty with Best Buy but the turn around time there is abysmal - and the service is even worse. ITI on the other hand was a completely different story. They were able to fix my laptop in time for my finals and were nice enough to wish me run good in finishing out the semester. I’ll be recommending them to my entire family if they encounter any computer problems...

Honestly, I really enjoyed going through ITI, I needed my laptop repaired for what I thought was a hard drive issue. They quickly found out that it was a problem with my cooling system, and by the time the fan had been ordered and arrived, the job was done within a day. Overall, very professional, very friendly, fair prices. My only complaint. if I had to nitpick, was if you called them, it might take some time for them to pick up the phone.
