Fat Jack’s BBQ — Restaurant in Washington Township

It is such a shame they have the best take out Mac and Cheese ever.. Ribs were very good but I made a mistake and ordered a burger well done...it was bloody rare (not the normal pink from being smoked...bloody ew) our waitress delivered but never returned I had to go find her and that took 18 minutes come to find out there was a shift change at 8pm!! They are o ly open until 10. Also they had a beverage menu it had Prime and Gatorade and my grandson wanted Prime and I wanted gatorade but they did not carry either anymore...when I found waitress I had my plate in my hand untouched burger and I said I asked for well done... she proceeded to put index finger and thumb together and talked to me very very slowly "the burger is not rare the pink is from being smoked as she waved her thumb and forfinger as she spoke in the most shocking and disrespectful way I have ever heard (mind you I was a waitress for 14 years before being in supermarket retail for 24) this is not how you treat customers!! I wont step foot there again. Now we know why this place had 1 person eating there while the restaurants surrounding this establishment had waiting lists and lines last Saturday night.we took our grandson out for a long awaited fun...

The customer service is horrible. When we called to order our food based off of the online menu, everything we went to order was no longer a menu item. Then we went to order the brisket cheesesteak and was told it’s no longer on a long roll. It’s now a brisket sandwich. Then was told the smoked chicken cheesesteak was no longer available then was told the same chicken was on the sandwich. So we went to order that and was put on hold. The lady was completely rude and impatient and cut us off in the middle of asking further questions about the inaccurate online menu. Then another lady answered and attempted to complete our order. When we went to confirm the chicken sandwich, she said it was different chicken than what was previously on the smoked chicken cheesesteak. Then said she was unsure. Then we went to order the rib tip meal and they weren’t available. We were completely disappointed that everything we went to order was no longer a menu item. I get the difficulties of running a restaurant during these tough times, I do, but what I don’t understand or will tolerate is the horrible, impatient customer service over the phone. Place an order at this restaurant for dinner for 8 people on New Year's Eve. I clearly told the guy taking the order that I needed enough food for 8 people. They charged me $350 for the order and when I got home, they gave me enough potato salad and mac & cheese for 1 person. Also, the amount of food that we received was so little for $350.00, we could not believe it! Please see pictures below. I called thinking that they made a mistake, and they refused to take responsibility or fix the issue. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up the phone. I called back and they picked up the phone and told me there was nothing they could do. The staff is rude and ignorant and if they make a mistake don't expect them to fix it because they won't. It is a shame because the food is ok, it's just the service that sucks and the lack of accountability for their mistakes. I don't like writing bad reviews, but it is important for me to let the public know what they are getting themselves into when supporting restaurants like this one. I do not recommend this...
