Don's Jewelry & Design — Local services in Washington

I’m honestly shocked at how this woman acted on the phone, super unfriendly. I said I was coming in today to verify a ring off of fb marketplace and she was extremely rude about it, “ well I can’t just help you if I have a store full of customers” (with an attitude) yeah okay at 11:30 on a Tuesday in Washington I’m sure she’s swamped… I didn’t expect it to be free to verify but she took it as if I did. She was extremely unprofessional, I run a business too and would never talk to a customer the way she did. I can’t believe this is how a small town store would run a business. Funny enough her name was Karen.

Crazy they “Appreciate my feedback” on a review I left about how rude Karen was.. but it didn’t come with a sincere apology for very unprofessional behavior. I called multiple other jewelry stores asking them the same thing I asked her and NONE of them behaved the way she did! In fact none of them said they would charge me to take a peek at it and let me know if it’s real! Which I would’ve gladly paid for at dons and had them do the work on my ring if she would’ve been kind! this is clearly a business hurting for money. I can see why since its manager...

I recently had an amazing experience at Don’s Jewelry where they helped me design/redesign a couple of my favorite pieces. From the moment I stepped in, the team was so welcoming and attentive. They really took the time to guide me through the entire process, explaining everything in a way that made it easy to understand.

I loved how they listened to my ideas and offered their expertise to help shape the designs. The attention to detail was incredible, and I could see their passion for what they do. When I finally saw the finished pieces, I was blown away—they turned out even better than I had hoped!

What an awesome experience! We have visited Don's a few times and have always been warmly greeted and attentively served while we were there. We also love the occasional run ins with the Don's mascot, an adorable Shi Tzu! I was recently gifted with an anniversary band and Don worked with my husband to pick out the perfect ring and customized it to fit the picture my husband had in his head. After getting my final approval, Don had the ring put together and soldered to my wedding run in no time! I really appreciate the fast friendly service!
