Kroger — Local services in Washington

I don't know who the manager is at this location but you need to be fired. You are incompetent. I never shop at this location and 5 days ago my wife and I were in the area and decided to shop there instead of North Peoria which is closer to our home. In one order we had Hamburger that went bad in one day, we returned it to our home store. Pretty sure you guys lied about the use by date. Slim Jim's that were out of date by 4 months and were discolored. Deli turkey that was slimy when we went to use it 3 days after buying it. Single packs Cheese Danish that had mold on them and today was it. 2 bags of carrots that have a use by date of Sept 13, we bought them the 14th. Both bags were disgusting slimy and smelled today when we went to open them. Oh and already had a jar of pickle that was hot and spicy in the wrong location so we gave them away. I am almost 60 years old and I have never seen a place this bad. CHECK YOUR DAMN DATES. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THAT FOR YOU. Oh almost forgot some of the worse employees with attitudes as well. I came on here just to post this, the pros to this Kroger is they have products that can’t be purchased at Walmart. However, this is probably the least friendliest/helpful grocery store I have ever been to. Besides a few, the people working the self checkout are very rude. I specifically remember two times with the same person working self checkout, she one time rudely pushed our cart to the side and told us it was in the way when a simple “could you please move you cart” would have been enough. Another time my significant other and I had asked if we could break a $20 bill that we had gotten from cash back at the self checkout and this same lady told us she would not do that because there was supposedly a man outside asking for change and she couldn’t trust that weren’t breaking the $20 to give to him, so we had to go down the road to Beck’s and break it there. Multiple times I have pulled up to get gas and have waited 5-10 minutes for the person behind the register to look up from their phone and actually come cash me out. Horrible experience. Went in for two balloons for my nieces birthday as well as some candy for an upcoming dinner I am hosting. The woman who blew up the two bloons was SO rude and not friendly at all! Then my toddler was done waiting in the long check out line... they finally opened another check out line (of corse the woman from the balloon and flower stand is who came to open the other lane) she checks all my items without so much as a “hello” forget a “did you find everything you were looking for? Or how are you?” At this point I realize I left my Kroger card at home and told her that... NO kindness toward me at all. Even the man behind me in line offered to use his card if it would help me and she just shook her head no... I have worked in customer service for over 10 Years. I know it’s hard.
